Luis Garcia is a bilingual Nevada Licensed Property and Casualty and Personal Lines Producer leading the Northtowne Team. Luis delivers custom solutions for all lines of personal coverage, including auto, renters, homeowners, life, motorcycle, and umbrella insurance.

Luis was born and raised in Reno, NV. He enjoys watching sports and spending time with his family. He has one sister and three brothers. Luis is the father of three: Kaylee, Davian, and Ezra. Luis is family man and loves to spend time with his kids and spouse, with all of the wonderful activites in Reno, Sparks and Lake Tahoe.  Luis started a career in the welding industry and worked his way up to become a supervisor, leading his team with excellent leadership skills and providing quality and professionalism. Luis is still passionate about welding as a hobby.

Nelia Hernandez is our bilingual Director of Client Services dedicated to her work and family. She graduated from Sparks High School and resides in Sparks today with her son and daughter.

She has a passion for lifelong learning and enjoys all of the wonderful activities Northern Nevada offers, especially Lake Tahoe. Nelia has over six years of experience serving our insurance clients. She is the go-to person at the office to solve customer problems and is responsive to their needs. Nelia greets everyone with a smile and communicates well enough to have a strong understanding of complex issues. When Nelia is not in the office, you will likely see her spending time with her two children around Northern Nevada.

Blanca Garcia is a bilingual licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent dedicated to her work and family. She graduated from TMCC in 2016 with an Associate of Arts Degree in Elementary Education.

​Bio:
Steve was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He came up to Reno and enrolled at the University completing his degree becoming an Alumni of the University of Nevada while participating in various prestigious campus clubs and organizations along the way. He enjoys watching sports, the gym, playing softball and soccer and spending time with his family. Steve is the proud father of two daughters- Kaila and Hailey and married to his amazing wife Amy.

​Steve and his family appreciate the outdoors with their two dogs and supporting community events in the Reno/Sparks, Virginia City and Lake Tahoe areas. Steve also enjoys cooking, hiking, concerts, laughing with his friends and relaxing on a good ol’ sunny beach whenever possible. Steve started his insurance career in 2009 and has helped many individuals and families protect their assets giving him the valuable experience and background leading him to his current role. Steve’s professional network and industry knowledge is advantageous while providing quality and professionalism to those he helps protect.
